I’m celebrating 26 years with PSC this summer!

2. What do you enjoy most about working at Pacific Safety Center?
My favorite part of working at PSC is knowing that our work matters and that we are truly saving lives and changing behaviors.

3. The best piece of advice I have been given is…
“Plan your work and work your plan.”

4. When I am not working you can find me…
Playing with my family – in the desert, in the snow or at the beach!

1. How long have you been with Pacific Safety Center?
I have been working as part of the Pacific Safety Center team as a California Motorcycle Safety Instructor for 3-years.

2. What do you enjoy most about working at Pacific Safety Center?
I enjoy the team environment and wholeheartedly recognize its value as we grow and work to touch more people in the community. I love that we work to cultivate awareness toward safety in so many categories.

3. The best piece of advice I have been given is…To seek to understand, before asking to be understood.

4. When I am not working you can find me…Riding my motorcycle, dirt-bike, bicycle or making a meal. Clearly I have a thing for two wheels…

1. How long have you been with Pacific Safety Center?
Nearly 3 years.

2. What do you enjoy most about working at Pacific Safety Center?
I enjoy the community based engagement that is such a vital and important piece of the coordination and scheduling of safety classes. I especially enjoy the satisfaction and feeling of accomplishment that comes from making it all happen.

3. The best piece of advice I have been given is…
“Stay out of your head; It’s a bad neighborhood.”

4. When I am not working you can find me…
Spending time with my family, my dog, Harley Sue, and my garden.

1. How long have you been with Pacific Safety Center?
I have worked as the Child Passenger Safety Director at PSC since 2009. I have over 15 years of experience in the field of injury prevention and vehicle safety.

2. What do you enjoy most about working at Pacific Safety Center?
I enjoy managing the Keep ‘Em Safe program and other grants related to child passenger safety.  Also, having the opportunity to solve problems and deliver the highest quality solutions to make our communities better places to live, work, and play.

3. The best piece of advice I have been given is…
“Everything is possible if it becomes your priority!”

4. When I am not working you can find me…
Volunteering time to help children, teens and families live a safer and healthier life.

1. How long have you been with Pacific Safety Center?
I just started working with Pacific Safety Center this month, but I have been in the motorcycle world for 5 years.

2. What do you enjoy most about working at Pacific Safety Center?
I love the team work and strong communication that every employee has at PSC.

3. The best piece of advice I have been given is…
“It is OK not to possess every quality, find people who are opposite of you to complement each other and find new ways to be productive in any aspect of life.”

4. When I am not working you can find me…
Participating in activities indoors or outdoors with my kids or working on a puzzle.

I have been with Pacific Safety Center since January 2020.

2. What do you enjoy most about working at Pacific Safety Center?
I enjoy getting to see people’s reactions when they find out they passed their exams!

3. The best piece of advice I have been given is…
“Take care of yourself first, so you have the ability to take care of others. You can’t pour from an empty cup.”

4. When I am not working you can find me…
At home! I like to spend my free time relaxing, catching up with family and friends through FaceTime/Google Meets (thanks to COVID). I also enjoy watching shows on Netflix, and taking care of my houseplants.
