Where are Open Enrollment classes located?
All open enrollment classes, unless otherwise noted*, are located at Pacific Safety Center:

9880 Via Pasar, Suite F, San Diego, CA 92126.

*Backhoe classes are not located at Pacific Safety Center. Upon registering for Backhoe training you will be notified of the training location.

How do I register for an Open Enrollment training class?

Register for an open enrollment class by selecting ‘Calendar’ under the Training tab on our website and click on the class you want to register for.   You can also register for a class by contacting our office at 858-275-2738.

Does PSC offer onsite training?

Training classes are available at PSC and Onsite.    All classes scheduled at PSC can be found on our training calendar.  On site classes can be conducted at your facility or at PSC and customized for your specific needs.  If you are interested in onsite training, please contact our office at 858-275-2738 or training@psc411.com.

Are there a minimum number of students needed for onsite training?

There is no minimum number of students needed for onsite training.  However, the more students in the class, the more cost effective the training will be per student.

Do students receive certificates for the training classes they complete?

Upon successful completion of training classes, PSC will generate a certificate of completion. This document includes the student’s name, training topic, training date, course description, and number of contact hours. For certain types of training such as forklift training, wallet cards containing similar information will be provided. Certificates of completion and wallet cards are released once payment has been received by PSC.

What is your cancellation policy?

PSC requires five (5) business days notice prior to the course date for cancellations or reschedules for Open Enrollment and Onsite Training.  Lack of required notice will result in a full charge (100%) for the course.  Substitutions may be made at anytime.

What methods of payments does PSC accept?

PSC accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, checks, cash and PO numbers.
